DISCOVER WHY CHEMICAL-BASED PRODUCTS FOR HAIR LOSS MIGHT NOT WORK FOR YOU
Desperate times call for desperate measures. When you’re losing tufts of hair or seeing bald patches on your scalp, it’s but natural to feel the need to do something about it.
Will you tell a friend or go immediately to a doctor? Will you hide the “shame” under the guise of a wig? While it’s quite hard to decide, there’s no way but people still find themselves falling in line over-the-counter (O.T.C.). And what’s on their hands? Chemical-based hair loss products. Here are some of the reasons why they impulsively buy these items:
a.) They claim to be effective.
b.) They say the healing effects are felt quickly.
c.) They are widely available.
d.) They appear to be cheaper.
e.) They claim to be safe.
Sounds tempting, though, be wary enough that once you delve into the nitty-gritty of these products available to allegedly promote hair growth, you’ll see why they may not exactly be a perfect fit. These are some of the negative possibilities when you use chemical treatments:
1. Serious side effects like tightness in the chest, difficulty in breathing, rapid heartbeat (tachycardia), and swelling of the hands and feet. These are actually some of the possible side effects of the hair loss drug Minoxidil, which is said to cease hair loss and promote hair growth.
2. Most chemical products say they can “treat” alopecia, but reading the fine print will lead you to discover that it actually just slows the progress of hair loss. Little is said as well about these chemical treatments actually promoting hair growth.
3. These products or “treatments” usually contain a variety of chemicals that may or may not cause allergic reactions. It pays to check the labels. Some chemical-based products may actually be presenting the side effects as the main effects. Let the internet help you on your personal research.
There may be safer and effective alternatives out there, but NOVUHAIR is a stand out among the rest. It has 19 natural ingredients—standardized herbal extracts, essential oils and co-factor nutrients that work in synergy and have been clinically proven to help stop the progression of hair loss, aid in stimulating hair growth, and reduce excessive hair shedding.
NOVUHAIR is available in the Philippines at Mercury Drug and other leading drugstores nationwide, Seafood City supermarkets and other Filipino/Asian stores in the USA and online at www.novuhair.us and at BeeOrganic in Kuwait. International online orders are also possible through regaloservice.com. For more information, you may visit www.novuhair.com or contact hotlines 4136570 and 09228830575.
Don’t make yourself fall as the next victim of the trap. Be smart; choose natural.

Novuhair this December
So you’ve got your festive outfit set and the fancy gift wrapped for your “monito” or “monita”. All that’s left undone is a party season-perfect hairstyle.
The fresh out of the shower look can be seductive yet temporary. Blame it to tropical climate, it can spoil your appearance, besides making you feel sweaty and stale. The heat and humidity brought about by extreme weather condition, likewise, dries out the locks easily and make it more fragile.
Adding damage to your delicate strands are the chemical contents of various products on hand. From shampoo to conditioner and hair treatment, down to styling goods to groom it to your liking, their harsh synthetic materials jeopardize the natural oil and luster of your mane.
Because you are what you eat, the fate of your crowning glory is in the plate. Your diet must have the correct balance of vitamins and minerals to supply hair with all that it needs to become shiny and strong. So don’t overindulge, especially this time of the year when gastronomic feasts are spread almost everywhere you go. Be careful on what you take in, thinking that it’s also what you feed your ‘do.
Even stress can wear off the beauty and health of the tress. And that’s exactly what you should avoid this Yuletide season. Never put pressure on yourself just to please everyone. Just take it easy, let your hair down and party all night long.
In this time of gratitude, NOVUHAIR makes everyday “a good hair day” for its valued patrons like you with its Christmas and Year-End Promo. Get an extra NOVUHAIR Herbal Shampoo 200 ml. worth P1,040 for FREE if you buy a NOVUHAIR 3-in-1 pack at participating WATSONS stores nationwide (DOH-FDA CCRR Permit No.: 967 s. 2017).
Packed with 19 natural ingredients—mostly standardized herbal extracts, essential oils and co-factor nutrients—NOVUHAIR Topical Scalp Lotion does not only help prevent the hair fall malady, but also aids in stimulatinghair growth. NOVUHAIR helps prevent hair loss, improve overall appearance, promote nourishment and rejuvenation. It is clinically-tested and proven safe and effective.
Opt for the best with this Christmas and Year-End promo. Whether it’s a luxury gift for your loved ones, or a self-indulgent treat for you, NOVUHAIR has the perfect gift to inspire and keep you party-ready this Holiday season, while providing you with the ultimate styling result.

New Handwashing Music Video of Alden Richards Sets the Tune for a worry-free Christmas
#Safeguard #BloggersPhilippines
‘Tis the season to be jolly and worry-free; as Safeguard, the nation’s leading soap that stands for germ-protection; sets the tune for a healthy Christmas celebration with the newest hand-washing music video, “Five Hugas ng Krismas.”
Featuring the charming voice of local celebrity and “Pambansang Bae” Alden Richards, the music video stresses the importance of having clean hands this Yuletide season through a colorful and energetic finger-tutting choreography set to a classic Christmas melody. This is Safeguard’s creative response to an alarming discovery from the first Philippine Handwashing Index (PHI), with results showing that most Filipinos do not wash their hands regularly and diligently. PHI is a breakthrough study commissioned by Safeguard to have a closer look at the hand-washing habits of Filipinos.
The message of the music video is simple yet impactful: “Ang bawat hugas, dapat Safeguard hugas”. This means only trusting the best when it comes to germ-protection, by simply following these five non-negotiables on when to wash your hands: before mag-mano, after banyo, before kumain, after playing, and before mag-bonding.
“A joyful Christmas is a Christmas that is spent with family and friends – happy and worry-free. A lot of us take hand-washing for granted, and since is it a good way to prevent illnesses, it’s important to remind the people to continuously wash their hands the Safeguard way,” says Alden Richards.
Director Sid Maderazo and Assistant Director Manman Angsico, a veteran theater actor and vocal coach, are the masterminds behind the creative execution of the “Five Hugas ng Krismas” music video. In it, the finger-tutting choreography features five hands that represent the five points of the star – reminiscent of the Filipino Christmas parol. For the background, sliding panels and creative props help depict the different times one should remember to wash their hands, specifically during those festive moments that define a Filipino Christmas. From bonding with the family over karaoke, to digging in on the delicious spread of local rice cakes, the music video is a fun and creative way to create awareness about the value of hand-washing.
“Sometimes the simplest of ideas can be the most challenging. The intention was to shoot the scenes seamlessly with live moving backgrounds. The easy route was to use green screen, but where’s the fun in that? It was all about great team work from everyone involved, and in the goal of sharing about an advocacy worth sharing to kids and the young-at-heart alike,” shares Director Sid Maderazo.
Clean hands for every Filipino
Through the Five Hugas ng Krismas music video, Safeguard aims to address the serious problem with the poor hand-washing habits of Filipinos, which was uncovered by the first Philippine Handwashing Index. The study found that seven out of ten Filipinos claim to wash their hands with soap after using a public toilet, but only two really do. To add, only water is being used when hand-washing by 60% of women before cooking, and 40% of women before feeding their kids
Children are the most prone to sickness, yet 66% of Filipinos have noticed or witnessed children not washing hands after using the toilet; and 40% of Filipinos do not wash their hands before touching young children.
“The results of the Philippine Handwashing Index prompted Safeguard to come up with a creative solution to keep hand-washing a top-of-mind habit in every home. Through “Five Hugas ng Krismas”, we want to work together to instill proper hand-washing habits in time of the holiday season, where Filipinos touch and and are in frequent contact with relatives and friends,” explains Jia Salindong-Du, Safeguard Philippines Brand Manager.
For over five decades, Safeguard has been a dedicated hand-washing advocate, promoting proper hand-washing habits with a wide range of antibacterial soaps that provide family protection against germs for up to 24 hours.

Co Ban Kiat Hardware Incorporated
#CBKHardware #CBK #HardwarePh
Co Ban Kiat Hardware Incorporated is one of the few pioneering hardware businesses in the Philippines which has withstood the test of time. It all started in the 1920 when the family patriarch Mr. Cobankiat opened a store in the heart of the Manila Chinatown under the name of Co Ban Kiat Hardware. Business resumed after World War II but it was not until after three years later, in 1948, that the company
recovered. The new CBK building was constructed on the very same spot where it stood before the war.
Co Ban Kiat Hradware Inc. (CBKHI), also known as the “House of Improvements”, has been the forefront of homebuilding supplies. From selling nails and iron wires as their main products, CBKHI has evolved and is now considered as one of the country’s leading suppliers of the top-of-the-line hardware materials.
Driven by excellence, CBKHI initiated the retail concept for hardware stores in the country by putting up the Hardware Workshop Store.
To cater to the growing demand of industrial and onstruction industries, CBKHI transformed itself by providing corporations with tangible solutions to address their primary concerns on safety and quality.
This also paved way to the birth of Coby’s Design Center in Edsa Shangri La in 1996. This specialty store offers a wide array of products that showcase versatility and Innovativeness to suit the discriminating tastes of the modern Filipino.
In 1997, Mr. Johnny Cobankiat took the advantage in bringing a franchise of Ace Hardware USA in the country with Cobankiat Hardware as one of its suppliers. In time, CBKHI expanded its distribution channel and is now considered as one of the leading suppliers in all major retail or home improvement stores in the country.
With its nearly a century’s excellence and guided by its vision to be the largest network supplier of the biggest brands in the world in the hardware industry, CBKHI resolve to work at sourcing the best products to supply its customers anytime and every time.

They are indeed part of the hope of the business world. They will always have room for every nation's growth. Just like the owners of Restaurant Depot Ph . They are siblings and are both millennials, James and Marge Tieng.
I enjoyed having lunch with them as they shared their first year full of great challenges that brought success to Restaurant Depot PH now. Their love for food is one point they have in common that is why they ventured to this line of business. They admitted that the first months was not that easy, even they did all the necessary preparations. They go through working on from the feasibility study stage, to business projections, to manpower pooling and employee trainings and yet, along the way, new things came up as challenges. Anyway, it’s really part of a the business and you need to welcome change to improve on many aspects. They consider suggestions and adjust according to their client’s needs, for they are here not just to give higher service to their customers but also to exceed expectations they set.
Both of them are hands on in running this business. James is focus on the purchasing, Information technology , and almost all over aspect of the operations, while Marge handles the Marketing part. The Dad is taking care of the finance section of the business.
The Tieng family enjoys working together as a team to make Restaurant Depot Ph grow better and stronger in the next years to come. They are looking into branching out or even do franchising.
I believe they will make it because it's important that you enjoy what you are doing and you have the teamwork in doing the business. More importantly, the convenience and needs of their clients is on top among their priorities.
This family gives inspiration to all Entrepreneurs that business is really a possible way to contribute in developing our industry. Big or small, in the beginning, you really have to keep on learning everyday and be open to changes. Be innovative and competitive. Prioritize customer needs, observe trends, and most of all, love your employees, because they are your number one partner to make this business grow.
Restaurant Depot is a big store that provides almost all the supplies needed by SME’s in the food service industries, be it a restaurant, canteen or even a bakery. Awesome right? They have fresh, frozen, processed, baking items, oil, dry goods, dairy, canned goods, noodles and pasta, spices, beverages, sauces and condiments, packaging, cleaning, , tableware and kitchenware. For them Savings comes in Big Sizes.
Congratulations again Marge, James and Mr.Tieng, see you again in your many Anniversary celebrations and Branch openings to come...

Artist Nena Fall Art Exhibition
I am so happy to be part of Ms. Pilar Nena Fall art exhibition in Alabang Country Club.
I arrived at the venue earlier and had a chance to talk to her. She's very kind and approachable, a simple woman that makes me feel comfortable chit-chatting with her. She never gives a look of intimidation, it’s as if I’ve known her for years. I am so grateful every time I meet wonderful people like her, so sincere and humble.
During the exhibition I saw how her close friends overwhelms with happiness in seeing all her artworks. They are all very supportive, especially her husband. Seeing moments like this will bring you behind the story on how this artist unleash her passion in art. Having a happy family, and all the other people who love and support her makes her run with confidence in the field of art.
She has proven herself all over the United States as her works are famous and well-recognized I find her work awesome. You can easily understand the message of every piece of her art works. There's calmness, love, peace, and transparency that will directly capture our hearts. Every detail, every stroke is finely executed, resulting to a perfect work of art. She can make simple pictures look elegant with the colors of her touches.
Ms. Pilar just arrived from the United States but she's full of excitement and enthusiasm welcoming all her guests. She made sure everyone feels comfortable.
The exhibition will run up until December 31 at Alabang Country Club Corridor. Come and visit and see for yourself the greatness of all her works.
Congratulations Ms. Pilar Nena Fall, your works are awesome!

SvelT’i
Have a Happy Holidays with Svelt’i
It is indeed the most wonderful time of the year. From frenzied last-minute shopping sprees to multiple Christmas parties, we really can’t deny that the holidays are just around the corner. But, despite all the infectious merriment that the holidays bring, we also cannot deny the fact that all the stress the holiday season brings can absolutely take a toll on your skin with all the late-night partying, non-stop eating, and mad traffic we all have to deal with.
So how do we deal with these skin SOS and still be as glowing and youthful during the holidays?
Always Keep Hydrated
The holidays are the perfect excuse to indulge in booze and stay late at night especially with all the Christmas get-togethers you need to attend. But keep in mind that too much alcohol and less sleep can take a toll on the appearance of your skin. “Skin care addresses two concerns: wellness and aesthetics or our sense of being attractive, that’s why we do have to take care of our skin and not take it for granted most especially during the holidays which can be really stressful,” emphasizes Dr. Lalaine Salazar, Medical Director of the SvelT’i Health and Beauty Centre in Timog Avenue, Quezon City.
Drinking lots of water can help keep your skin hydrated but there are also other ways of doing so.
PURIFY AND NOURISH
No matter how late you come home from a night of drinking and partying, never forget to rid your face first off all the make-up you wore and end your day with nourishing your skin. The thorough cleansing and washing away of make-up before sleeping is also an important part of skin care. To cap the skin care regimen, Dr.Salazar recommends a cleanser that can prevent the onset of pores, blemishes, and acne; it will also improve skin tone and heal any skin inflammation.
After washing your face to get all the make-up gunk off, apply a proper facial serum that provides anti-aging effects accelerated by the climate, stress, and even genetics. “It makes you look youthful and energetic. Our stem cell ampoule also reduces the appearances of fine lines and wrinkles, improves the skin tone, and softens the skin as well.” Says Dr.Salazar.
GIVE YOUR SKIN A DETOX
The holiday season is definitely a time for gift-giving so why not treat yourself by giving your skin a much-deserved detox? Aside from eating healthy and doing a good amount of exercise, you can also gift yourself with a cream that can help bring back the skin glow that was lost during the holiday frenzy.
“Externally, you can apply every morning our massage cream that infuses the skin with collagen. Collagen rejuvenates the skin and makes it appear youthful. Our production of it reduces as we age, but products like the massage cream infuses regular doses of collagen that add that let the skin’s natural glow to shine.”
“Since Christmas is a time for giving, it is high-time that you give yourself the best gift you can have and that is the right skin care regimen. With all the stress you have to deal with during the holiday season, a trip to a skin clinic such as Svelt’i is a great reward for yourself. Do proper skin care daily and you will see the results,” enthuses Dr. Salazar. “To ensure that you are on the right track, you can confirm the methods and outcome of your skin care regimen with clinical specialists who will advise you accordingly. A monthly visit can do wonders for the overall wellness and aesthetic appearance of your skin.”
TREAT YOURSELF
Of course, one of the best skin regimens ever is to stay healthy and keep a positive outlook because it would definitely manifest on your skin. But since it’s the holiday season, why don’t you give yourself a Christmas treat and go all out on skin care? “If you want to reward yourself this Christmas, go for SkinRenew,” says Dr.Salazar. “It works on three levels that really rejuvenates and firms our skin. It exfoliates, infuses, and oxygenates it. Exfoliation removes the dead cells from the skin and replaces them with new fresh ones. Infusion gives the skin cells the nutrients they need to fight disease and the effects of aging. Oxygenation makes the skin vibrant and gives it that youthful glow.” Nothing would be more rewarding than having healthy and glowing skin to welcome 2018, right?
The holiday season may take a toll on your skin but with these holiday skin care tips, you can keep your skin looking stress-free and beautiful and welcome 2018 with a bang!

The Manila Biennale will have series of shows that will surely inspire Filipinos to excell more and be proud that they belong to a rich country. This is for a good cause and many supported and believe that this project is timely and perfect way to showcase what Filipinos can do and help promote our own and bring back good memories of Manila.

Transferring from one place to another isn't that easy because it will definitely take alot of your time and worrying in organizing your things to secure that you will not lose anything. Just like the mober ambassador - our very own heartrob, one of the finest actor Mr. Piolo Pascual shares his own experience Aside from being a celebrity, he plays other roles like a father, a son, a businessman, and more… these consume much of his time and so when they move to another house recently, he really had a hard time and there was one time he lost a very valuable thing when they were moving out. His sister packed his valuable things and they couldn’t find it anymore in spite of all the effort of searching. Now he is very happy that we have Mober who can help a busy man like him and believe also that this would help everyone.
During the launch Piolo agreed with one media saying " if you need to transfer or deliver anything, I mober mo na yan!", because indeed this would make your life easier and that makes a lot of difference I tell you. Usually we only have courier/delivery for letter, food, items like gadgets, clothing, furniture and others. But with MOBER they can also deliver pets (well the domesticated ones of course). Awesome Christmas Lighting
That Christmas Tree Shines Like the Brightest Star
Christmas is my most favourite celebration every year! Aside from its my awesome birth month, it’s also the celebration of the birthday of our Lord Jesus Christ. For unto us, a child was born, a son was given, and His name be called Jesus Christ. This is a season of love , giving, and greatly of all happy thoughts . How we wish we can celebrate God's goodness not just in December but the whole year round because every morning, when we wake up is already a great blessing to be thankful for
One common thing in bermonths is the bright colourful EDSA Christmas Lights . This is better yet to say really mesmerizing to the extent of singing Christmas carols while in a traffic jam along EDSA Avenue. That's why when I attended the Christmas Tree Lighting in Greenhills, I was very excited. This has been a famous traditional Christmas practice, specially here in the Philippines.
The Christmas Tree Lighting in Greenhills hosted John Nite made more special with the appearance of GMA artist Barbi and Ken ... at the count of ten , the lights shone bright like beautiful stars in heaven. Like a kid I felt so happy... By the way they also have their Christmas Bazaar, so come and visit and bring your friends, families to enjoy the spirit of Christmas together in shopping, movies, and also dine together.
Indeed Greenhills is one of the best place to bond, hangout for everyone. Thank you so much again for having us in your Christmas Lighting ceremony.
LIVER TRANSPLANT
All of us want the best for every member of our family. We will always pray for protection and good health above everything. We always hope that no sickness steals the lives of our beloved ones. But still things happen beyond our control. And when it happens, we all look for the best solutions, remedies, answers to cure and heal and as much as possible no more reoccurrence of that certain sickness.
Cancer is really deadly serious case of whatever type and with the advancement of technology in clinical, we always hope for the best procedure to prevent or even stop it. Undergoing any procedures, would take a lot of money, and of course preparedness for the patient’s body to take a certain operation such as testing like blood test, and other laboratory test. All these are necessary to determine if the patient is really ready to have the procedure.
But there are procedures that are more delicate for the young ones like liver transplant. In a very young age, I couldn't imagine how can they be able to respond, fight, and be ready for a procedure like this. Thank God for doctor’s expertise.
When I attended the presscon about liver transplant, at first, I was very worried for those kids and ask myself how can they have surgery at their very young age, their body so tiny to experience pain. But after hearing our doctor’s stories about patients who had under gone liver transplant recovery stage not just months but fully recovered in years . This news is truly a relief and gives hope that our science are really improving towards excellent discoveries to help our patients. These change my thought and believe that surgeons, doctors are well-trained, and there's nothing to worry about, they have proven that procedure is safe.
All the patient's testimony proves that there's hope, and this fight is not just the patients fight alone, but many are really finding ways, may it be herbal, science, just like the Apollo Hospital Dehli, bringing hope and helping families and those angels.
I hope and pray that more discoveries in the coming years for other diseases so that we can all enjoy our lives with no fear. Martin Nguyen driven to claim once-in-a-lifetime opportunity with Vietnamese pride
Martin “The Situ-Asian” Nguyen completed his climb to the apex of ONE Championship’s competitive 70.3-kilogram weight class by clinching a prestigious martial arts gold against a fierce Russian rival.
The 28-year-old Vietnamese-Australian standout knocked out the previously unbeaten Marat “Cobra” Gafurov and laid claim to the featherweight crown in the main event of ONE: QUEST FOR GREATNESS this past August.
Nguyen may have won the ONE Featherweight World Championship by defeating a tough foe like Gafurov in August, but now he is moving up a weight class and looking to acquire a second world title.
The newly-minted featherweight kingpin is set to challenge Filipino martial arts superstar Eduard “Landslide” Folayang for the ONE Lightweight World Championship in the main event of ONE: LEGENDS OF THE WORLD, which takes place at the 20,000-seater SM Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines.
For Nguyen, he savors the opportunity to become the first two-division world champion in ONE Championship history.
“I like Eduard [Folayang]. I said to myself I did not want to compete against someone I like and take away their glory, but opportunities like this do not come around too often. And, if I refused to do this, someone else was going to compete against him and take his glory. So it is strictly business,” he said.
According to Nguyen, he considers his highly-anticipated championship clash with Folayang as a dream come true.
“Following my title win, I took a one-month vacation. But in my mind, I really wanted to compete. I was so eager to return to the cage once more before the conclusion of 2017. My wish came true in the form of this dream match against Eduard Folayang,” he shared.
After signing the bout agreement for the cross-divisional showdown with Folayang, Nguyen immediately headed back into training camp and will train as usual with KMA Top Team in Sydney, Australia to figure out the puzzle that is the ONE Lightweight World Champion.
While the Filipino is a world-class striker, Nguyen has noticed a recurring pattern in his style that could leave him vulnerable in their upcoming title tilt.
“Eduard’s striking is pretty legit. A bit wild, but it works for him. Everyone who gets tagged by Eduard, they walk into every single one of his strikes and put pressure on him. But Eduard is the counter striker, and everyone who comes forward gets hit with a spinning attack, a big right hand, or big kicks,” he explained.
“You have to keep moving against someone like Eduard. If you do not move, then you are a standing punching bag. With my style, I am always moving. If I am going backwards, sideways, or forward, I want to make it hard for him to hit me, and I want to make every bit of my wrestling count,” Nguyen added.
Despite being the taller athlete by a mere three centimeters, Nguyen anticipates being the lighter man on the night of ONE: LEGENDS OF THE WORLD.
Nguyen plans to use that to his advantage, believing his speed and dynamism will be his keys to victory in the five-round championship contest.
“My strength in this match is my pace and my cardio. Eduard has legitimate cardio, obviously, training in Baguio City, but going at the pace I go at, I think he is going to fatigue, and my grappling will get the best of him. He is a strong guy, but I will use his weight against him in this match,” he stated.
Nguyen knows that he has quite the challenge ahead of him, especially since he is heading into Folayang’s home turf of Manila in the Philippines.
However, Nguyen is up to the task and trusts in his plan that he will take home the ONE Lightweight World Championship and write his name in history books.
“It is so surreal, Last year, I set my goals. I said to myself, ‘This year, I want to rematch Marat [Gafurov], take the belt off of him, and become a two-division champion.’ I am 75 percent of the way there. I beat Marat, and I got the featherweight belt. Now I am in a super bout for the first time ever in ONE Championship history to become a two-division champion. Everything is falling into place. It is appealing to know all hard work pays off,” he stressed.
Although he has a tough test in front of him on 10 November, Nguyen remains optimistic that a decisive outcome will be in his favor at ONE: LEGENDS OF THE WORLD.
“This match is going to be stopped,” he guaranteed. “I would love for it to be a KO, but I see it as a submission or a TKO for Martin ‘The Situ-Asian’ Nguyen, of course.”
Within a span of nearly four months, Nguyen has gone from title contender to potential two-division world champion.
All of that is a definitive testament to his hard work and dedication, and it is something he hopes that will be able to positively impact others.
“I want to inspire people. I want them to see the hard work I go through, and if I do end up winning this belt, it all starts from hard work and dedication. If you really want something in life, you have to work hard for it. You have to put your head down, set your goals and meet them, and that is what I want to push to the new generation,” he said.
Nguyen is also fully aware that a another title win could do wonders for those who still live in Vietnam.
ONE Championship has been planning a foray into the Southeast Asian country, and Nguyen could be at the forefront in bringing martial arts to that audience.
Nguyen has been to his homeland only a few times in his life, but he already feels a responsibility to the Vietnamese community, having been raised by one himself.
“I would love for ONE Championship to go to Vietnam, not only to motivate other Vietnamese athletes, but just the whole community. For someone coming from a large organization like ONE Championship, I somehow feel I can already serve as motivation to the Vietnamese people over there,” he said.

Julyan's First Solo Exhibit
I were very excited to meet Julyan last Saturday. We headed to Balay Dako Tagaytay to support his very first Solo Exhibit and also excited to see Ms. Rachel Harrison after a year.
When we arrived at the venue, we went straight to the exhibition room, and there we see all of Julyan's paintings that mirrors his so much passion and love in the art. In this way he expresses how blessed he is to have a mother like Rachel Harrison.
And before the opening we had a short talk with Ms. Harrison, and there she explains what's Fun and Purpose 2 is all about.
Well every time I listen to her I am always moved for she speaks directly from the heart. I can feel so much love as mother to be able to support Julyan all the way. They have this aim to have a place/Institution for angels like Julyan wherein they can discover many of their gifts and become an inspiration to all of us. And I believe that the Lord will surely supply everything like connecting her to all the people and resources that she needs to support her with this advocacy, for sure support will be coming like a flood and can wait to visit Zambawood and see the Institution built and many are being reached.
And as the exhibition officially open a very heartfelt moment when Julyan kissed her mom to show his gratefulness. I can see it his eyes!
With his works you will never see any disabilities but instead realized that love of a mother is a very powerful stronghold to sustain and motivate a boy who is diagnosed with autism. During this exhibition I got reminded again of God's awesome grace not just for this family but for all us. God has really His own very special way to amazed us. Truly Julyan is a living testimony of God's miracle. God indeed can turn things around, make use of your situation to make a difference and give hope and inspirations to all the people.
Let us all support Julyan's Exhibit by sharing to all your friends starting today November 11 -19 here at Balay Dako. Thank you so much Mam Rachel Harrison for this awesome experience and see you soon in ZambaWood.

My Sigsaga Dining Experience
I super love Korean food for its many variations. As they serve, you can easily crave with all those colorful and mouth-watering side dishes presented in your tables. Kimchi is one of their most loved appetizer, having over hundreds kinds. The freshness, crunchiness, juiciness of all the ingredients plus spices completely linger your tasted buds as you take a pinch of it. Since 2000, I have tried many Korean restaurants and even tasted awesome Korean chef's dishes. That's why I have this high sophisticated standard when it comes to Korean food.
On my way to Sigsaga, that's what I have in my mind… looking forward to all my favourite Korean dishes. That's why upon entering the restaurant, my inner senses get even more excited as I see their buffet of 12 Korean favourites. My tummy jumped in happy thoughts, a high expectations to have these perfect gastronomic experience. Sigsaga exceeded my korean cravings, I'm so happy!
Their samgyopsal meat has its perfect texture covered with fresh lettuce and the samjang paste is extremely delicious. Happy tummy was asking for more Bulgogi, Miso soup, chapche, maki. kimchi
The price is definitely worth the taste to have all those 12 dishes in their buffet. I love the place, accessible from my church so I will definitely bring my whole family and recommend this awesome restaurant to all those foodies out there. I will surely come back to try their other dishes because they change every 3 days… hmmm that's something to look forward to. Their staff are very accommodating, excellent customer service. They always make sure the guests are comfortable.
Thank you again Sigsaga, and looking for more of your branches in the coming years!

MARTIN NGUYEN SCORES SECOND-ROUND KNOCKOUT TO CAPTURE LIGHTWEIGHT CROWN FROM EDUARD FOLAYANG
10 November 2017 – Manila, Philippines: The largest sports media property in Asian history, ONE Championship™ (ONE), had another memorable and historic evening in Manila as the capacity crowd at the Mall of Asia Arena witnessed an amazing display of heart-pounding martial arts action. ONE: LEGENDS OF THE WORLD featured a series of compelling bouts, punctuated by two unforgettable championship clashes that left fans on the edge of their seats. In the main event, ONE Featherweight World Champion Martin “The Situ-Asian” Nguyen knocked out Filipino martial arts superstar Eduard “Landslide” Folayang to capture the ONE Lightweight World Championship, becoming the first two-division champion in the promotion’s history. In the co-main event, Adriano “Mikinho” Moraes of Brazil retained the ONE Flyweight World Championship with a quick victory over Danny “The King” Kingad of the Philippines.
Visit the official ONE: LEGENDS OF THE WORLD photo gallery by clicking: http://bit.ly/onephotos
In the main event of ONE: LEGENDS OF THE WORLD, Martin “The Situ-Asian” Nguyen wrote his name in history books as the first man to hold two world titles simultaneously in ONE Championship by knocking out Eduard “Landslide” Folayang. After plastering each other with hard strikes in the first round, both men picked up where they left off in the second stanza, when Folayang and Nguyen continued to trade heavy blows at the center of the cage. When Folayang launched his patented spinning backfist, Nguyen saw an opportunity to turn the lights off on his Filipino foe by uncorking explosive signature right hand. With his remarkable conquest of Folayang, Nguyen now has both the ONE Featherweight World Championship and ONE Lightweight World Championship titles in his possession.
Martin Nguyen, newly-minted ONE Lightweight World Champion, stated: “This is a special place for me. Last year, I came in and won Fight of the Night, right now it's possibly the Knockout of the Night. I think coming into the fight my main objective was a TKO or a submission. Eduard, I still love you like a brother, I hope you're fine and I hope you come back stronger. I'm still your number one fan."
In the co-main event of the evening, Adriano “Mikinho” Moraes remained the undisputed king of ONE Championship’s flyweight bracket, denying Danny Kingad’s bid to become a world champion by submitting the Filipino talent with a rear-naked choke in the first round. Moraes put on a masterful performance, pacifying Kingad’s striking advantage in the early going as the Brazilian grappling expert utilized his high-level ground game. On the mat, Moraes executed a forceful transition into a rear-naked choke that left Kingad no choice but to submit in the final seconds of the round to retain his ONE Flyweight World Championship.
Adriano Moraes, ONE Flyweight World Champion, stated: ”This night was amazing for me. It was a tough fight against Danny Kingad. He has a big future ahead of him, but now it's my time. This is my house, this is my belt, and this is my class.”
Filipino knockout artist Kevin “The Silencer” Belingon captured another sensational victory in front of a jubilant hometown crowd by routing South Korean-American dynamo Kevin “Oldboy” Chung, solidifying his position as a top contender in the stacked bantamweight division. Belingon effortlessly dictated the pace in the stand-up, where his opponent was at a stylistic disadvantage. The Baguio City native frequently caught Chung with crushing right crosses and lashing kicks to the body from bell to bell. Chung tried to change the complexion of the match by resorting to his superb grappling skills, but Belingon’s defense against submission attempts was enough to steer him to a unanimous decision triumph.
Previously unbeaten Japanese prospect Hayato Suzuki bowed down for the very first time in his professional career as he yielded to Brazilian jiu-jitsu world champion black belt Alex “Little Rock” Silva. Both combatants started out aggressively, but it was SIlva who showed a more capable set of grappling skills. Silva spun a web of crafty grappling to overwhelm Suzuki as the Brazilian was able to get the submission finish in the first round, making Suzuki tap from an armbar.
Former world title contender Reece “Lighting” McLaren found a new home at flyweight as he pulled off a successful submission victory by defeating flyweight mainstay Anatpong Bunrad. Debuting effortlessly in his new weight class, McLaren showcased his fluid grappling skills and solid striking. With a mere eight seconds remaining in the very first round, McLaren caught Bunrad in an anaconda choke and transitioned into a D’arce choke to force the tap.
Chinese martial arts superstar “The Ghost” Zhao Zhi Kang made an astounding statement in his first assignment as a ONE Championship competitor, submitting Cambodian standout Thai Rithy in the first round. With a game plan to take matters to the ground, Zhao got the job done by fastening a rear-naked choke to force the tap from Rithy.
Team Lakay’s highly-touted atomweight prospect Gina “The Conviction” Iniong extended her winning streak inside the ONE Championship cage with an outstanding second-round finish of Indonesia’s Priscilla Hertati Lumban Gaol. With a diverse striking arsenal, Iniong unloaded her signature right hand on multiple occasions, finding the mark. In the second frame, Iniong found an opening to take Gaol down to the mat. Applying a crucifix, Iniong delivered a flurry of ground punches to force the referee to step in and call a halt to the contest.
In a battle of former world title challengers, Joshua “The Passion” Pacio emerged victorious against veteran martial artist Roy “The Dominator” Doliguez by notching a highlight-reel knockout in the second round. The young Team Lakay standout exhibited stellar form from the get-go, wearing down his fellow Filipino opponent with impeccable grappling and heavy high kicks. Hungry to place himself back on the winning track, Pacio put the finishing touches in the second frame, where he unleashed a well-timed spinning back-fist that sent Doliguez crashing down to the canvas.
After an impressive promotional debut in Shanghai, China last September, Xie Chao made his trip to Manila a memorable one by picking up his second-straight win in ONE Championship at the expense of Malaysia’s Kelvin Ong. Xie easily staggered Ong with a hard knee, giving him the leverage to convert a takedown. Employing sturdy top control, Xie drilled Ong with crisp elbows to get the stoppage in the opening stanza of the featherweight showdown.
A three-round strawweight encounter set a promising tone for the entire evening of ONE: LEGENDS OF THE WORLD as Peng Xue Wen collided with Phat Soda in the curtain-raiser for the event. Peng, a National Youth Greco Wrestling Champion, left a lasting impression in his maiden trip to the ONE Championship cage by scoring a knockout victory over Soda with a high-impact slam in the first round.
