Firehouse Pizza at the Crimson Hotel Alabang

I think when you tried so many restaurants , the standard of your taste gets higher and you consider a lot of things in choosing the best one. Like  the uniqueness of taste , presentation of the food, the customer service ,  of course the restaurant appearance . accessibility of the location . and the value of money . These preferences are very important in deciding where to dine in. and wishing that you will never make any mistakes after.



First  is the uniqueness of the taste -  i think having it cooked in a wood fire brick oven makes a big difference, it is not that oily, saves the freshness of all the toppings , perfectly crispy. Everytime I visit a new restaurant , The number one I look forward is it's uniqueness. The usual pizza you have , cheese will be grated or melted , and with other restaurant  they make it spiral candy toppings but here in Firehouse Pizza ,  they have a very explosive surprise in your Pizza and Salad. It is their very own Buratta Cheese. I thought it's a big mallows at first look  but to my surprise it's a Mozarella Cheese Ball with a Cream inside that adds up a kick in their Pizza,  I super loved it! They also have their very own made chili sauce , not too hot so it can help balance the taste of the pizza. I also love their Pure Nectar Buko Pandan Bottle, taste so good. Their starter plates are also a good combination, and the salad taste superb!




The presentation is delicately and meticulously prepared, very detailed. Their presentation speaks to your cravings even just by looking at it  to want it more after the first bite and as you taste they delivered what they have presented.Some food only looks good but doesn't taste good . But this one , they are really into make sure to satisfy your gastronomic experience. Great job.



They have excellent customer service - very kind and accommodating staff. You will never get annoyed waiting for your order because they will definitely serve your food fresh and on time. and one thing I hate also when I talk to restaurant staff if when they answer " I don't know" not even making an effort an effort to find out the correct answer for you. But not here in Firehouse Pizza, they all answer professionally and well trained. Great Job!



The restaurant appearance is very Instagram worthy. Those who loves to pose and very particular with  the interior look of a restaurant , this place is best for you. It has  a wooden touch  design , not too flashy, just fair enough to set a mood of comfort , peace and good vibes. Surely a great place to escape toxic schedule and unwind while having your favorite cocktail drinks .




Next is accessibility of the location . This for me is very important because like whenever I go out with my family , it is a big hassle finding where to eat specially during Lunch and Dinner Time , if you want to avoid crowded and long line counter in ordering your food better visit  Firehouse Pizza  located at Crimson Hotel Alabang  Civic Drive Filinvest City. Parking is no longer a problem , so South peeps, hang out with your friends, colleagues, family or even a date with your love ones , and enjoy great food  together into a new level of dining experience.



Next is value of  Money. Definitely worth it. Because they meet all your expectations on food taste, service , facilities so for sure it's not a waste of money to come here. You will bring home happy tummy plus happy memories with your love ones.
