This is my fifth time meeting an Artist, so happy to be part of the exhibit opening. We left Laguna early so that we can arrive at Solaire early too, because we are so excited to meet the Artist behind the exhibit, Mr. Ross Capili. At the gallery lounge, we were greeted by his very beautiful and kind wife. It’s a wonderful atmosphere to see couples supporting one another. Love is in the air, perfect, it’s the love month after all.
The artist was already busy entertaining some guests, we were not able to sit down with him. We were partly disappointed because we are looking forward to have an intimate talk with him before the start of the program, to get to know more about him and his works., before we roam around to see his masterpieces. Anyway, we just started taking some pictures and videos.
Then a chance came where I can introduce myself and the other bloggers to Mr. Capili. He greeted us pleasantly and explained to us briefly what will happen in the program. We took this chance for a quick interview. He is so passionate with his craft as an artist now aiming to celebrate the beauty of art, love and nature with all of his works, which were truly stunning, beautiful, and full of creativity. The details were very clear and it captures the eyes of everyone. The beauty of it lies in ones’ interpretation, depending on how people sees his work. The colors signifies messages of art, love and nature. Such themes are very complex that only a person with an eye on arts can fully appreciate the meaning and the message behind every frame in the exhibition hall. I super love seeing those beautiful butterflies and hearts.
More guests started to arrive just in time for the start of the program. The artist himself hosted the show. He’s so cool. He managed it very well and started sharing and introducing his guests. The opening went very casual and simple, yet you can feel everyone’s enjoying the night casually with the flow of the program. Its feels like attending a family gathering as I saw happy faces enjoying the cocktails together, chatting and taking pictures. It’s a real celebration of success for Artist Ross Capili.
I went live in Facebook and interviewed some guests and requested them messages to the artist. I also uploaded the video I took on my You Tube channel and shared it across all my social media accounts. I wanted to share these beautiful work of art to family and friends and everyone who appreciates art.

It was a tiring road trip going to Solaire from Laguna but it’s really worth it. To be a part of this very special celebration of Art, Love and Nature is more than enough. I was able to meet wonderful people and witnessed with my very own eyes beautiful and awesome works of Art by Sir Ross Capili. By the way, some of his works were already reserved and will all be sent in a hotel abroad. Wonderful! A very good advanced birthday gift for him as he turns 59 this coming March 6. He said there will be a jamming party and he invited us again to join him. I hope this time we will be able to get more of his time for a full interview!
