Chef Laudicos Feast All You Can Grand Opening

Last Sunday is another day of awesome gastronomic experience as we travel to Clark Pampanga to meet our very own Master Chef Laudicos Feast. He said during our interview. “making other people happy because of your hardwork is the best part of being a chef”. He cooks to make people happy. His customers are his inspiration.

Above everything, they wanted to be a good and accomplished parents to their  2 kids. Even with their busy schedule, they still have time to cook for their kids every day. Their daughter is learning how to bake now.

Regardless of different opinions, at the end of the day they are still a team. Meeting hundreds and thousands of customers, it's not about how many dishes they prepared but the quality of it counts the most. They started as caterer, then later ventured the restaurant business. They also plan to open a branch in Manila, it’s only a matter of time and finding the perfect location.

Chef Laudico and his wife enjoys to explore and get twisted. They are fearless chefs, not afraid to fail and experiment. To learn, you need to be humble according to his wife and make sure the environment is positive. They love to go out, the knowledge of cooking is never ending, they are forever students. To be a master chef you really need to know a lot...not only because they need to do the things they do but because they really want to do it...They still do catering now for family friends.

In the food business, value for money is important regardless if your restaurant is cheap or expensive, the most important is that people will leave the place happy after eating. Chef Laudicos Feast is a global feast restaurant. They want not just the locals to love their food but at the same time the international market.

Chef Laudico studied in New York. He also would love to establish a free school in the future, author a book or a recipe book. He got his influence in “Wok with Yan” during his grade 4 or 5 days and Chef Lau likes Min Chay. At the end of the interview I must say that they are full of wisdom.

I learned a lot from them. Their journey as a couple Chef is really full of great experiences that makes them who they are today. Their perspective are widened by all those challenges they faced. Awesome couple Congratulations again and I declare God’s favor upon you always.
