BENEFITS AND PRIVILEGES OF A MEMBER/SHAREHOLDER:


INVESTMENT PART:

►     The beach club share membership can be saleable/transferable

you can sell your membership/share once the value is appreciated. Our projected price per share by 2020 (Operational Year) is around 1.3M - 1.5M. our pre-selling price per share today is 750,000 with 150,000 discount on limited shares and 3 flexible payment terms.

►     The Beach Club Member can allow its membership be used by its friends, family friends or non-members.

 Receive a 20% income for every referral when your membership is used by friends or non-members.
20% income is based on the total net expenses of your referrals from accommodation, water sports activities, restaurants and other facilities.
You can monitor the expenses of your referrals thru Online Website Monitoring System and can be encashed thru ATM.
Members can allow it’s membership to be used to “any branch” of the seashore resorts and still entitled to get 20% income of overall expenses of their referral (non member).
You will receive your 20% income 3 banking days from the date of the Check out of your referrals.

►     Profit sharing -  30% of The Seashore Beach Club Resort (resort you invested) annual net income will be divided to all members.

Members must be fully paid to be entitled to receive annual profit sharing.
The 30% Profit sharing is based on the net total income of the resort. net income coming from Accommodation, water sports activities, restaurants and other facilities.
Profit Sharing will be given every 30th of June yearly.
Profit sharing will be based only on what project you invested.
If in case the member is not yet fully paid. All the benefits and privileges can be used to the resort except for the profit sharing.

Note: Upon 50% paid, you can enjoy all the benefits and privileges to any branch of The Seashore Resorts except for the Profit Sharing.


LEISURE PART:

►     Lifetime Membership - once you become a member of this exclusive beach resort, you will be a lifetime member without renewal fee.

►     Inheritance - The Beach Club Share Membership can be inherit by the beneficiaries.

►     Free Accommodation - you have free 2 days 1 night free accommodation with your Family members once a year to any branch of El Tesoro Resorts nationwide.

►     50% Discount for accommodation to any branch of the seashore beach club nationwide.

►     25% Discount for water sports activities, restaurants sport facilities, restobar, souvenir botique and spa etc.. to any branch of the seashore beach club nationwide.

►     Your beneficiaries has the same benefits and privileges like you.

►     Your Membership card will be able to use to all El Tesoro Resorts and hotels with the same benefits and privileges.

►     Strictly Members are only allowed to enter the seashore resorts.

►     Upon full payment of the beach club share, you will receive a membership certificate 30 days from the date of full payment.

►     Upon 30% Paid, members will sign a beach club agreement contract.


PAYMENT TERMS:

Pre-selling Investment Price: P750,000

Less: Promo Discount: P150,000

Reservation Fee for only P20,000 (deductable)

OPTION 1: For spot cash get 15% discount.
Cash payment will be payable 30 days after reservation.OPTION 2: For Spot 30% downpayment get 15% discount  then 70% balance payable for 36 months without interest.
30% down payment will be payable 30 days after reservation.OPTION 3: Installment NO DOWNPAYMENT for 36 months at 0% INTEREST.
Monthly payment will start after 30days from the date of reservation.

Note:

Reservation fee is deductable to the total amount of beach club share.


PROMO:

For OPTION 2 and OPTION 3 you can avail up to 48 months to pay without interest instead 36 months.
Get another 15% discount on Lump Sum payment if you avail OPTION 2.
