Last Sunday I visited Cafemoticons and was so inspired chatting with the owner. He shared how he started this business and being new in this field, they have grown so fast. They now have 2 company owned branches and 2 franchisees. He is very hands-on; He even takes charge of the interior design not just of his own cafe but also the franchisees’ because he said he wanted to have his personal touch in every Cafemoticons branch. As his business grows, he started having his own people to handle the Human Resources, recruitment, training, communications, and others. He has now able to delegate well his work load little by little.
What I love more about him is despite of his busy schedule he still manage not to forget serving in church. Being able to manage priorities is very important just like not forgetting your source of everything on the top list.
His Cafemoticons dawned from the observation of in-demand use of emotions in our daily digital communications which he is sure will catch his target customers -the Millennials, that’s why He named it "Cafemoticons" and even choose to have a young charming 19 year old ambassador for their additional marketing strategy.
The look of his Cafe is very highschool. I am sure that Cafemoticons is a favorite hangout of middle school students and also families. If you want to feel young, then go and visit their cafe with your special someone, ha ha. I love the inscription in the wall “BLESSED” and other awesome positive words that the generation today needs to be reminded of. There’s a section where you can post what you are feeling at the moment. You can even choose an apron with emoticons, choose a wall background, then strike your most instagramable pose. So cute! Feels young to be surrounded with emoticons stuffs like pillow, coin bank on the tables, counter displays and others. Wow! Ambiance is amazing!
The food. They have good presentation. And very homey tasteful dishes. My most favorite is their spicy chicken breast cooked in perfect texture, comes with well cooked rice. I will definitely comeback for this. They have unli pasta unli chicken promo. I tried different pasta, different tasteful chicken, their burger, fries , cooler and bunch of cute desert with chocolate dips. Price is worth the taste and the serving sizes.. Customer service was excellent. Their server is very courteous, and looks presentable.
